Whitby Gin, The Founders Edition is a feast for the senses and for the eyes. A tribute to all those souls whose unwavering support has allowed us to forge forward in the creation of the distillery which is in the shadow of the gothic Whitby Abbey.
An extraordinary citrus gin with herbal overtones from thyme and samphire. This exquisite flavour combination uses succulent oranges to create a bold citrus gin with a clean crisp taste of the Yorkshire Coast.

Palate: Rich candied orange with clean juniper-forward mouthfeel

Nose: Zesty marmalade balanced with herbal overtones
Enjoyable on the rocks as well as a gin and tonic.

Suggested serve: Fill a glass with lots of chunky ice and add 50ml of Founders Gin. Pair with 150ml of Mediterranean Fever-Tree tonic & garnish with blood orange & a stalk of samphire.
